Best Claude Skills for Product Management (2026)

Product skills give Claude a PM’s frameworks instead of a blank page. Paweł Huryn’s PM Skills cover the core artefacts — Create PRD, Pre-Mortem, Outcome Roadmap and Prioritization Frameworks — each built on a named method the agent applies step by step.

Anthropic’s Roadmap Update skill handles the communication side: turning what shipped and what slipped into an update stakeholders can read.

On BusinessMCP a PRD can cite your real funnel and conversion data, because the analyst reading the skill also has your analytics.

Frequently asked questions

Which PM skill should I use before a launch?

Pre-Mortem. It asks the team to assume the launch failed and work backwards to the likeliest causes, which surfaces risks a normal review politely skips.

Will a PRD skill replace product judgment?

No — it makes the structure consistent so your judgment goes into the decisions rather than the formatting. The pre-mortem and prioritization skills are most useful as a forcing function for questions you would otherwise skip.
