Roadmap Update is Anthropic's product-management skill (publisher anthropics, Apache-2.0) for creating, updating or reprioritizing a product roadmap. It walks the agent through a fixed workflow: understand the current state (from a connected project tracker, or from a list, table or screenshot you paste), determine the operation (add an item, update status, reprioritize, move a timeline or build a new roadmap), generate a summary with a status overview, grouped items, risks and dependencies and a change log, then offer follow-ups such as an executive version or a change announcement. It carries three roadmap formats (Now/Next/Later, Quarterly Themes and OKR-aligned) plus RICE, MoSCoW, ICE and value-vs-effort scoring, dependency mapping and capacity planning.
It suits product managers and founders who need a before/after view when priorities shift, a dependency slips or a new initiative has to displace something. It does not invent dates or owners: when an item is at risk or blocked it asks for the blocker and mitigation plan, and it flags items that move past hard deadlines rather than hiding them.
