The service
BusinessMCP, Inc.(“BusinessMCP”, “we”) provides managed MCP hosting and a business-intelligence platform. You connect your tools, databases, ad platforms and revenue data and install our tracking script; we bring it together into one hosted MCP server for your workspace and a dashboard covering analytics, CRM, SEO, social and paid-ads reporting, with an AI business analyst that works with your data. The same data and tools are available to external AI agents through your workspace’s MCP endpoint and API. These terms apply to your use of all of it.

Plans, fees and taxes
Plans, their prices and their included allowances are shown on our pricing page; the price that applies to you is the one shown when you subscribe, or as later changed under “Changes” below. Subscription fees and extra seats are billed in advance through Stripe. If you enable usage-based overage, usage beyond your allowance is billed in arrears for each billing period at the metered rate shown in your usage dashboard; otherwise you reach a soft cap. Fees are exclusive of taxes. Where we are required to collect VAT, GST, sales tax or a similar tax, it is calculated from your billing details and added to your invoice, and you are responsible for any other taxes that apply to your purchase. The Free plan costs nothing, and we may change its limits.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, as you chose — until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not refund fees for a partial period or for unused allowances, except where the law requires it. You can export your data at any time, on every plan.

Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where you use BusinessMCP to collect end-visitor data, you are the controller and we act as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms and also describes the one purpose for which we act as an independent controller (our IP-to-company graph). You are responsible for providing your visitors with an appropriate privacy notice and, where required, obtaining their consent. Our tracker sets no cookies but stores a pseudonymous id in the visitor’s browser, and runs without a consent gate by default; in the EU/EEA and UK you should use one of its consent modes or your own consent mechanism — see the Cookie Policy. If you enable our optional ad-platform integrations (server-side conversion measurement or audience matching), we honor a Global Privacy Control signal as a Do Not Sell or Share opt-out where required, and you remain responsible for honoring applicable opt-out signals and disclosures.
