Opt out of our business-contact data

Last updated: 27 September 2026

BusinessMCP compiles business-contact records (a person’s name, job title, employer and work contact details) from public company websites, public registries and search-engine results. What we hold and who receives it is on our data-broker disclosure. Use this form to take your record out.

What would you like us to do?

Give at least one. The more you give, the more records we can match.

No account or ID needed. We keep only a one-way hash of what you enter.

What happens next

  • Immediately: we record a suppression for every identifier you give us. Our Data API checks it before it returns any person record.
  • Within about 24 hours: any matching record is removed from our business-contact store. Opting out and deleting have the same effect on our side: we would rather not hold a record we have agreed not to share.
  • From then on: we keep only a one-way hash of each identifier. It cannot be turned back into your email, phone number or profile, and it is what stops us collecting you again from a public source later.

No account or ID needed

You do not need a BusinessMCP account and we do not ask for identification. Anyone can take a record out of our store; nobody can use this form to see one. Give any of your work email, your work phone number and your LinkedIn profile URL: each is matched separately, so giving more catches more records. If you would rather write to us, email privacy@businessmcp.com.

Copies held by our customers

If a business using BusinessMCP already added you to its own CRM, that copy belongs to that business and this form does not reach it. Ask them directly, or use the unsubscribe link in any email they sent you.

California residents

California residents can also use the Delete Request and Opt-out Platform (DROP) run by the California Privacy Protection Agency, a free state service that sends one deletion request to every registered data broker. Whether we currently receive DROP requests is stated on our data-broker disclosure; this form works either way.
