What it does not do

  • We read the served HTML only and run no JavaScript, so tools a page registers from script can be missed. The result says so.
  • A site we cannot read fails and is refunded rather than graded. An unreadable robots.txt comes back as unknown, never as "allowed".
  • A DNS lookup that does not complete is reported as unknown, never as a failure of your domain.

Frequently asked questions

Are these the same checks as the free tools?

Yes. The AI readiness grader, AI crawler checker, WebMCP checker and email deliverability checker on our free tools pages run the same logic. The API adds per-call access from your own code or an AI agent, without the free tools’ hourly limits.

Can I check SPF, DKIM and DMARC by API?

Yes. email_auth_check resolves a domain’s MX, SPF, DMARC and common DKIM selectors server-side and grades them, with the fix for each failure. To check an individual address rather than a domain, use email_verify in the trust toolset.

Does the AI readiness check run JavaScript?

No. It reads the served HTML, robots.txt and llms.txt the way most AI crawlers do. Content that only appears after scripts run can be missed, and the result says when that is likely.
