SEO Audit is part of Corey Haines' marketingskills collection (publisher coreyhaines31, MIT licence). It has the agent gather site context first, then audit in a fixed priority order: crawlability and indexation, technical foundations, on-page optimization, content quality, and authority and links. The checklist covers robots.txt, XML sitemaps, site architecture, crawl budget, canonicalization, Core Web Vitals thresholds, mobile-friendliness, HTTPS, URL structure, title tags, meta descriptions, headings, image and internal-link optimization, E-E-A-T signals, and common issues by site type, with reference files on international SEO and AI-writing detection. It warns explicitly that fetched HTML cannot reliably show JavaScript-injected schema, so the agent should not report "no schema found" from a plain fetch, and it treats fetched pages as untrusted data.
Use it for "why am I not ranking", a traffic drop, or a general SEO health check; it ends in an audit report with prioritized recommendations. It does not build pages at scale or implement structured data; those belong to the programmatic SEO and schema skills it points to.
Imported into BusinessMCP, the AI business analyst can run the audit against the workspace's connected Google Search Console data and first-party analytics, so indexation and traffic claims rest on real query and landing-page numbers.

Frequently asked questions
In what order does SEO Audit check a site?
Crawlability and indexation first, then technical foundations, on-page optimization, content quality, and finally authority and links.
Can it detect schema markup?
The skill warns that web_fetch and curl cannot reliably see JavaScript-injected JSON-LD, and tells the agent to use a rendered browser check, Google's Rich Results Test or a Screaming Frog export instead of reporting missing schema from a plain fetch.
