Helps users discover and install agent skills when they ask questions like "how do I do X", "find a skill for X", "is there a skill that can...", or express interest in extending capabilities.
Find Skills, published by vercel-labs, helps an agent discover and install skills from the open agent skills ecosystem when a user asks how to do something, whether a skill exists for a task, or wants to extend what the agent can do. It explains the Skills CLI (npx skills find, npx skills add and npx skills update) and a six-step process: understand the domain and task, check the skills.sh leaderboard, search with the CLI, verify quality before recommending, present options with the install command and a link, and offer to install.
The verification step is the important one. The skill tells the agent not to recommend a skill from search results alone, but to check its install count, the reputation of its source and the stars on its source repository, and to be cautious with little-used skills from unknown authors. It also covers what to do when no skill is found. It does not write skills itself; for that, a skill such as Skill Creator fits.
In BusinessMCP, users can already import skills.sh skills into a workspace as playbooks, so this skill is most useful inside a coding agent. It is MIT-licensed and can be imported from the dashboard.
