Deploy applications and websites to Vercel. Use when the user requests deployment actions like "deploy my app", "deploy and give me the link", "push this live", or "create a preview deployment".

Deploy to Vercel, published by vercel-labs, teaches an agent to deploy a project to Vercel and move it toward a git-push deploy setup. It first gathers project state with four checks: whether there is a git remote, whether the directory is linked through .vercel/project.json or .vercel/repo.json, whether the Vercel CLI is authenticated, and which teams are available. It then chooses a method: git push for a linked project with a remote (asking the user before pushing), vercel deploy for a linked project without one, link-then-deploy when authenticated, or install, authenticate, link and deploy otherwise, plus no-auth fallbacks for sandboxed environments.

The skill always deploys as a preview unless the user explicitly asks for production, asks which team to use when there are several, and warns against commands that would silently link an unlinked directory. Use it when someone says deploy my app, push this live or create a preview deployment. It does not configure domains or build settings beyond what deployment needs.

This is a skill for coding agents such as Claude Code. It is MIT-licensed and importable into BusinessMCP, but its bundled deploy scripts only run in a coding environment; imported, it is instructions only.

What you can do with it

  • Create a preview deployment and return the link
  • Link an unlinked project, then deploy it
  • Trigger a deploy through git push after user approval
  • Pick the right Vercel team before deploying
