Is there an official PayPal MCP server?

Do I need an API key?
It authenticates with OAuth rather than a pasted key — you authorise it once from your PayPal account. That is the pattern most 2026 vendor servers use, and it is safer than putting a long-lived key in a config file.
Can I use it with something other than Claude?
