No CV upload. Links and a few short answers, then a timed assessment of about twelve minutes. Read the onboarding course first if you have not — it genuinely helps.

No explanation needed and it makes no difference to how we read your answers. If you need something other than extra time, email us instead and we will arrange it.

Before you start

The next step is a timed assessment. While you take it we record your answers, how long each one took, when the tab loses focus, and paste and copy events. We do this to keep the assessment fair for everyone, on the basis of our legitimate interest in hiring fairly — not consent, so you are not being asked to trade anything away.

Nothing is decided automatically: a person reads every application and makes every decision. Behavioural data is deleted after 30 days and applications after six months. You can ask us for a copy, ask for human review, or object, at privacy@businessmcp.com.

The assessment begins as soon as you submit. Give yourself a clear fifteen minutes.

Candidate privacy. We keep what you enter here (name, email, links, answers) plus the assessment’s answers, timing, tab-focus and paste events. Your IP address and email are stored as keyed hashes, not in the clear. Telemetry is deleted after 30 days, applications after six months. Ask for a copy, a correction or erasure at privacy@businessmcp.com or via the request form.
